Rezoning Application No.1209 by Tysinger Real Estate to rezone 5.5+/- acres at the northeast intersection of Hampton Roads Center Parkway and Magruder Boulevard from One Family Residence District (R-11) to Limited Commercial District (C-2) to allow the expansion of a new car dealership.
