AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REENACT CHAPTER 33.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF HAMPTON, VIRGINIA ENTITLED “STORMWATER MANAGEMENT” AND TO REPEAL SECTIONS 33.1-13 AND 33.1-18, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007.
