Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Ward called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. All members of the City Council were present.
Ceremonial Items - "Spotlight on Citizens" - The Peninsula Pilots
  Brian Marchese introduced Henry Morgan, Owner of the Peninsula Pilots, who shared information on the team and the upcoming season. Hank Morgan, Vice President and Head Coach, also provided information.
Public Comment
  Following a short recess, the following individuals spoke.

Melanie Paul spoke about artifacts from the former Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind, and Multi-disabled which are being stored in Staunton, Virginia and she would like displayed in Hampton.

Edwin M. Boone had questions about the recent Fort Monroe Authority appointments, on the acquisition of the former Harbor Square apartments, and about a Daily Press article on the cigarette sting.

Vice Mayor Wallace made a statement concerning the Fort Monroe Authority appointments.
  The meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
