New Business
  Councilwoman Leary indicated that, in the Manager's memo of January 20, 2005, modifications to the water wall at the Convention Center are mentioned and Councilwoman Leary asked if the City will be required bear that cost. Councilwoman Leary also asked that the ground fault system be investigated also.

In the same memorandum, repair or installation of elevators in the Settler's Landing Parking Garage repairs are mentioned. Councilwoman Leary asked if the City is also bearing the cost of the new elevators.

Councilman Gilliland asked that staff investigate and report on whether or not to keep City parking decals.

Mayor Kearney remarked that when the pier and restaurant are built in Buckroe, the restaurant will be on the beach as opposed to on the pier.
