ACTION: Presented by Jessica Spencer, Minority Business Coordinator. The following members of the Purchasing and Procurement Oversight Committee were present: Eugene Johnson, David Pearson, Mike Graves (Chair), and Willie Brown. Arnelia Hancock, Contract Compliance Specialist, introduced herself. The following businesses were also represented: Eagle Enterprises - Sheila and Ken Johnson, E & E Enterprises - Ernest Green, and REMSA, Inc. - Rosetta Billups.
