ACTION: Council heard the appeal of Billy Williams.
ACTION: Moved to grant Mr. Williams' appeal and to overturn the City Manager's denial of the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. Council supported the City Manager's investigation of a quantifiable measure to be used with respect to future requests.

  Councilwoman Leary announced that Hampton will be hosting a regional meeting concerning hurricane preparedness and it will take place at the Hampton Roads Convention Center on Tuesday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m.
