Call to Order / Roll Call
  The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. All members of City Council were present except for Councilman Stuart and Councilman Tuck. Councilman Tuck arrived just after roll call.
Public Comment
  Marilyn Burney spoke on the need to cut the ditches in the area of her Adopt-a-Spot on Hall Road.

David Dietrich spoke on City Council policy.

Frank Ottofaro, Jr. spoke on the Ottofaro Case and the renaming of a street to YMCA Way.

Bob Viale, Virginia Spruill and Curtis Goodwin spoke in opposition to the rental inspection ordinance.

Tammie Osakowicz-Hearst spoke on safety concerns at Briarfield Park.

John Krulis spoke on tax exemption and city-owned property and overdue taxes by H2O.

Stephen Froeber spoke on the need for bicycle infrastructure.

Sadie Brown spoke in favor of upgrading Old Hampton Community Center.
