  Kyle P. Adams spoke on behalf of the Transportation Recall Action Network. His remarks are made a part of the minutes.

Frank J. Ottofaro spoke about his property on Pine Chapel Road. He requested a copy of the Supreme Court decision.
Miscellaneous New Business
  Councilwoman Leary asked the Manager about the notebook entitled Goodyear/Wine Street and Syms-Eaton properties. She wants this type of data on all apartment complexes in the City.

Councilman Sapp expressed his concern about how some plans move forward and others seem to languish. He asked the Manager to look into this matter and report back to Council on how to engage the civic leadership of the community.

Councilwoman Leary asked the Manager to share an e-mail that she recently sent to the Manager and James A. "Pete" Peterson with the other members of Council.
