Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Councilman Tuck was not present.
Public Comment
  David Braunbeck spoke on elections.

John Krulis spoke on various issues of concern including past Council action concerning Chesapeake Avenue.

David Dietrich spoke on Constitutional issues, specifically unlawful search and seizure, and on the school budget.

William E. Webster spoke on drainage problems in the area of Pear Avenue and Cherry Street.

Eve Cleveland, Darion Haynes, Jaydi Lyons, and James Payne, II, spoke on youth input and Speak Now or Forever Lose Your Peace, the theme for Peace Month.

Edwin M. Boone spoke on the need for change and the upcoming elections.
