Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Ward called the meeting to order. All members of Council were present.
Public Comment
  Chauncey Brown spoke on the history of Harbor Square.

Frank J. Ottofaro, Jr. spoke on his father's case regarding the road through the Power Plant. He also spoke about the intersection of Fox Hill Road and Mercury Boulevard. The speed limit it at 35 mph when it appears the construction work there is complete.

David Dietrich spoke about public safety specifically the National Defense Authorization Act, emergency preparedness and the effective protection of school children.

Edwin Boone spoke asked several questions of specific members of City Council.

Jim Gervais spoke in favor of the E-Commerce grant program. He indicated he recently sent an e-mail to City Council about this.

Hugh Bassette spoke about a recent VDOT public hearing he attended. He suggested City Council speak out against it as adding an outside lane on each side as it would cause citizens to lose homes.
