  Councilman Spencer arrived a few minutes after roll call.
Public Comment
  There were thirty (30) speakers as follow:

Dan Soper, Lee Anderson and Ben Riggins -- opposition to Malo Beach being included in the public easement portion of the Waterways Management Plan.

Lester L. Bender, Scot Schuett, Norma Greene, Karen Jones, Harry Jacobus, Helen Jenkins, Brandon Sandford, Tammy Henderson, Roosevelt Banks, and Lorine Lawson -- in support of Ashwood Assisted Living Facility.

Heather Forbes -- problems with Ashwood Assisted Living Facility.

Eddie Deerfield -- in opposition to acqusition of Harbor Square.

Rick Bagley and Sherry Spring -- in support of the recommendations in the report of Yaromir Steiner and in support of the acquisition of Harbor Square.

Misty Collins, Daphna Nachminovitch, Amber Hogg, Linda Seely, Kristin Stine, and Hannah Schein -- critical of the chaining of dogs.

Lisa Lynn Chandler -- civil rights violations.

Hugh Bassette -- supports acquisition of Harbor Square but critical of the way it was done.

Frank Ottofaro -- taking of his property on Pine Chapel Rd.

John Krulis -- issues with just about everything the city does and how it does it.

Edwin M. Boone -- critical of Council’s action on Buckroe Trailer Park and Harbor Square and city spending.

David Riddick and Jalisa Logan -- in support of Yaromir Steiner's report.
