Public Comment
  David Braunbeck apologized to the Council if he previously offended them and indicated that was not at all his intention and he just wanted them to be aware of his continuing issue with Hampton Roads Transit.

Lisa L. Chandler spoke on a custody case and asked if Council had any recommendations on someone who could represent her.

Edwin Boone spoke in criticism of Hampton's receipt of an award for civic engagement.
