  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. with all members of the City Council present.

15-0046Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A.1 and .7 to discuss an appointment to the Citizens Engagement Advisory Commission and to consult with legal counsel pertaining to actual or probable litigation, where such consultation in open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating or litigating posture of the city council and to consult with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters pertaining to Northampton and Fox Hill requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
ACTION: Approved - the closed session motion was at 12:28 p.m.

Reconvene Open Session - Offsite Tour

ACTION: Council reconvened open session at 2:45 p.m. and gathered on a bus for a tour of the Magruder Boulevard corridor. The tour returned to City Hall and the meeting was adjourned at 4:29 p.m.
