  Anthony Curtis spoke on an issue involving a stationery peddler's license.

Carroll Dabney spoke concerning problems with flooding from Newmarket Creek.

Skip Cothran spoke concerning the Downtown Hampton Master Plan and disappointment with the lack of commercial in the Collins project under way now. Baxter and Ruth Simmons spoke on the same topic.

Trish Ferraro and Sandra Canepa spoke on the Bayfront portion of the Buckroe Master Plan. Donnie Tuck spoke on the same topic.

Gaylene Kanoyton spoke about a voter registration drive to take place this Saturday.

Mike Wade spoke about lobbying for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and the third crossing not being the solution to our problems.

Miscellaneous New Business
  Councilman Gilliland spoke briefly on the removal of commercial from the Collins project in Downtown Hampton and is seeking a way to pull the commercial back in if possible.
  Councilwoman Leary read a statement for the record with respect to repairs to the Harbour Centre parking garage and the fact that the City is responsible for all repairs even though the City doesn't own it.
