Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. All members of Council were present with the exception of Councilwoman Snead who is convalescing from an illness.
Ceremonial Items - "Spotlight on Citizens" - Projects Aiding Veterans
  The City Council recognized the following organizations in connection with The Mayors Challenge to End Veteran Homelessness: Hampton Ecumenical Lodging and Provisions, Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center, Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Hampton's Human Services Department, and Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board.

The City Council also recognized organizations in connection with the Stand Down for Veterans which took place at Y. H. Thomas Community Center: Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center, Hampton Military Affairs Committee, Disabled American Veterans, First Command VFW, Hampton Baptist Church, Military Women Across the Nation, Salvation Army, Style by Design, USS Gerald Ford, Hampton Parks and Recreation, Y. H. Thomas Community Center, VFW Post 3219, and VFW Post 824.
