			ACTION: Presented by James Eason, Director of Economic Development, and Bob Baker, Plant Manager of Aloca-Howmet.

	2.	09-0381	Review and Discussion of Quarterly Report Prototype
			ACTION: Presented by J. B. Oliver, Jr., City Manager. Mayor Ward and Councilman Kearney met with the Manager yesterday and gave some feedback and, as a result of that feedback, the presentation will be refined and brought back to Council at a later date.

Regional Issues

Councilwoman Leary reported that she attended the Hampton Roads Regional Jail meeting this month as the alternate for Councilman Kearney. Item number 9 on tonight's consent agenda was discussed at that meeting.
