Call to Order
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. All members of City Council were present for the roll call.
Agenda
1.14-0483Continuation of Council Discussion on Strategic Priority Projects and Establishment of a Decision-Making Framework to Guide Investment Decisions.
ACTION: Council went through a staff-facilitated process to reach consensus on a list of priority near term strategic investments.
Closed Meeting
14-0484Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A.3 to discuss or consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose, and the disposition of publicly held real property, in the areas of Wythe, Bright's Creek, Coliseum Central, Buckroe, Fox Hill, Downtown Hampton, Kecoughtan Road Corridor, North King Street Corridor, and Phoebus where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the city council.
