Regional Issues
  Councilman Spencer reported on a recent meeting of Virginia First Cities which he attended with Elizabeth Kersey. At this meeting, it was recommended that localities pass resolutions addressing the transportation issue. Councilman Spencer read a proposed resolution to be added to the Council's evening agenda for consideration.
New Business
  Councilwoman Leary presented information on the assessment process in Hampton and made several requests of the City Manager and City Attorney. She also presented information on the Chesapeake Bay Restoration Partnership and made requests concerning city acquisitions of flooded properties.
