CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
  Mayor Ward called the meeting to order and announced special guests from the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast who would lead the Pledge of Allegiance. They were accompanied by Maria Nissen, the Community Relations Representative for East Hampton Service Unit 605.
INVOCATION - Councilman Donnie R. Tuck
  The invocation was given by Councilman Tuck.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO FLAG -
  The following Girl Scouts led the Pledge of Allegiance: Connor Wood, Grace Schaeffler, Olivia Lazar, Nicole Harvath, Zarinah Mensah, and Rebecca Nissen. All were from Troop 1361 except Zarinah, who is a Daisy in Troop 1020, and Rebecca, who is an Ambassador Juliette.
MAYOR'S COMMENTS
  Mayor Ward welcomed Senator John Miller who gave a brief update on activity from the General Assembly.

ACTION: Council heard this matter with the Mayor passing the gavel to Vice Mayor Wallace. She did not participate in the discussion in accordance with the declaration she made in both the afternoon and public comment sessions earlier in the day.

Damon Kolb also briefly spoke on behalf of the Richmond Group.

REPORTS BY CITY MANAGER, CITY COUNCIL, STAFF, COMMITTEES
Miscellaneous New Business
  Councilwoman Leary spoke about the North King Street meeting mentioned today. The east side of King Street was invited since that was the area where the project was proposed. Some neighborhoods on the west side were not invited. She requested that any meetings on things in the corridor include both sides of the street.

Councilwoman Leary shared information on President Obama's National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform. There is a website if anyone is interested in the information and it will be on file with the Clerk - www.fiscalcommission.gov.
