ACTION: Presented by John Eagle, Director of Information Technology Department.
2.05-0508Presentation Concerning Potential Refunding Opportunity for the Crossroads/Convention Center Bonds.
ACTION: Presented by David Rose of Davenport and Associates.
3.05-0619Resolution concurring with the issuance by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Poquoson, Virginia, of revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for the benefit of the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA.
Council received briefing and will take action in the evening session.
4.05-0631Hampton City Council Meeting Schedule for November and December, 2005
ACTION: Approved the Council meeting schedule for November to be one meeting on November 9, 2005, and for December to be one meeting on December 14, 2005. The City Manager may schedule a work session if needed.
5.05-0633Briefing from the Tax Review Committee on proposed process for handling parcels with deliquencies
ACTION: Moved to to endorse the plan as presented.

Councilwoman Leary, Treasurer Molly Ward, and Assistant City Manager Mary Bunting provided the Council with information.

  Councilman Gilliland will speak at the beginning of tonight's Council meeting.
