15-0055Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711.A.1, .3 and .7 to discuss appointments to the 1619 Commission, to discuss the acquisition of real property for a public purpose along the intersection of Todds Lane and Big Bethel Road, in the Coliseum Central district, in Buckroe, and in Downtown Hampton where such discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the city council, to discuss actual or probable litigation, and to consult with legal counsel on legal matters pertaining to Coliseum Central and the Northampton area.
ACTION: Approved - closed session began at 3:45 p.m.
