Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Vice Mayor Curtis and Councilman Moffett are away on City-related travel and Councilman Hobbs is ill.
Invocation - Councilman Stuart
  The invocation was given by Councilman Stuart.
Pledge of Allegiance
Ceremonial Items - "Spotlight on Citizens" - Focus on Volunteers with Youth Athletic Programs
  Brian Marchese of Marketing INC shared information on the many volunteers in Hampton who work to provide athletic opportunities to young people in our community. The members of City Council presented City coins to the volunteers present.
Public Comment
  Mayor Wallace recognized Jason Bryce, Jr. and Deondre Manley with their Scout leaders, Jeffrey Sheets, Sr. and Sam Samuels. The young men are working toward their Eagle Scout designation.

Girl Scout Ashleigh Stukes spoke and then Girl Scouts from the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast shared Thin Mint cookies with the members of City Council.

Edwin M. Boone spoke about the upcoming election.

Elizabeth McCoury, Executive Director of the Coliseum Central Business Improvement District, gave a recap of their annual meeting which took place yesterday.
Adjournment
  Councilman Stuart reminded people that Hampton's Restaurant Week takes place next week.
