  David Braunbeck spoke on the condition of sidewalks in Hampton.

James Rudisill spoke on the need for a day center for the homeless.

Robert Nuckols spoke on the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel.

Tony Casparriello presented Council with photographs from the presentations made by the Coalition for Justice for Civil Rights which took place on January 26, 2011. He also spoke on the many contributions that Judge Ed Knight made to the City of Hampton.

John Krulis spoke about the budget and earnings of the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

Chauncey E. Brown spoke on Black history in Hampton.

James Quigley spoke on Fort Monroe.

Frank J. Ottofaro spoke on the taking of his property on Pine Chapel Road.
