Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Ward called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. Councilman Kearney was not present. Councilman Tuck arrived shortly after roll call.

  The invocation was given by Councilman Will Moffett.

Ceremonial Items - "Spotlight on Citizens"
  Brian Marchese introduced tonight's Spotlight on Citizens' topic - Remodel Mania. A short video was shown documenting the project and those volunteers in attendance were presented with certificates of appreciation by the City Council. Steve Causey, the Chairman of the Community Service Committee of the Peninsula Remodelers Council, Peninsula Housing and Builders Association, gave brief remarks. The recipient family, represented by Kathy Townsend, expressed her appreciation to the volunteers and donors.

The volunteers and donors who were present at the meeting are as follow: Steve Causey, David Cross, Rick Jenkins, Tim Elliott, Robert Criner, Michael Gault, Wade and Robbie Garnett, Maryann Trono, Kim Boyer, Adrian Banks, Jody Fecondo, Robbie Garnette, Brian Walker, Jeff McKinney, Drew Deblass, Marc Kashin, Robert "Skip" Brown, Kraig Cole and Family, Chris Owneby, and Wanda Smith.
Public Comment
  Following a brief recess, the Mayor called upon Edwin M. Boone, who signed up to speak during the public comment period. He spoke about Harbor Square and the law on the Mayor's conflict of interest, a refund of overpaid taxes, the Purchasing and Procurement Oversight Committee, incentives for Phoebus businesses, and getting out the vote.
  The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
