  The City Manager indicated that Council had many action items from the retreat held on November 17th and that it is probably not realistic to schedule the follow up meeting for December 10, 2008. He will get the information to Council in advance of December 10th and utilize the afternoon work session of December 17th for the continuation of the retreat agenda.
