ACTION: Council had a discussion, led by Councilman Sapp, of the financial guidelines pertaining to budgetary development.

ACTION: Presented by Ted Henifin, Director of Public Works.
New Business
  Councilwoman Leary gave an update from the Jamestown 2007 Committee. She mentioned an event which will take place on January 27, 2007, "Hunt for Hampton's History." Councilwoman Leary asked that a report be made in October.

Councilwoman Leary also asked for a demonstration on the new software, Pictometry.
