Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:01 p.m. All members of Council were present.
Briefing on Resolution Concerning Hampton-Langley Air Force Base Joint Land Use Study (JLUS)

Community/Strategic Plan Update

Briefing on Status of Ft. Monroe
Presented by Mary Bunting, City Manager.
Councilman Kearney shared that he serves as the Council liaison to the Hampton Roads Regional Jail Authority and Roy Cherry will be retiring soon and the recruitment / interview process is ongoing.
Councilman Kearney had a brief discussion of the purple building in Buckroe which is to be used as a coffee shop as an illustration of what can happen when property is sold for a particular purpose and then things happen which delay or change the intended outcome.
