Call to Order
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. Councilwoman Snead was not present and Mayor Wallace explained that she continues to convalesce from an illness but wanted him to share for her that she is recuperating well.
Agenda
1.15-0108Tour and Briefing on the Proposed War Memorial Stadium.
ACTION: Presented by Terry P. O'Neill, Director of Community Development. Information was also provided by Henry Morgan, self-described 'caretaker' of the Peninsula Pilots, and Ron and Carrie Quinn, architects with Q Design. They were accompanied by Jonathan Hiser, an intern with Q Design.
ACTION: Moved to to go forward with a study to the extent we are studying the current capacity of the existing stadium and the improvements that would be needed long term in that facility and the economic feasibility of a potential new facility. The motion was not voted upon as a substitute motion was offered.
