Call to Order
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m. All members of City Council were present except for Councilman Stuart who arrived at 1:03 p.m.
1.14-0050Update on the Citizen Engagement Advisory Commission (CEAC) report on a police review committee
ACTION: Presented by Michele Woods-Jones, Executive Director of the Citizens Unity Commission. Henry Mills and Steve Brown, members of the Citizen Engagement Advisory Commission, were also present. Mr. Mills presented the commission's recommendation to Council.
Regional Issues
New Business
  In response to a request from Vice Mayor Curtis, the City Manager provided an update on the City's efforts to work on the problem with homeless veterans. She reported that the City is working with the Salvation Army on a particular property and a review process for that parcel is in place. If that property falls through, they are looking into other options.

Councilman Stuart referred to a recent letter to the newspaper written by Sandra Canepa and asked the City Manager to give an update on the B lots in Buckroe. He also recognized Stephen Mallon in the audience.
