CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
  Mayor Wallace called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.
INVOCATION - Councilman Will Moffett
  The invocation was given by Councilman Moffett.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO FLAG -
MAYOR'S COMMENTS
  Mayor Wallace shared that there is another clean up of Oakland Cemetery scheduled for this Saturday, November 14th.

He also shared information about several local events which have been held honoring veterans to include the Veteran's Stand Down from last weekend at Y. H. Thomas Community Center, an assembly held at Syms Middle School honoring veterans, and also lighting City Hall green in honor and recognition of veterans.

Mayor Wallace also shared a letter from a citizen which was complimentary of the Hampton Police Division.
