Mayor's Comments
  Mayor Ward explained that Councilwoman Leary is not present as her husband is in the hospital and expressed Council's wishes for his recovery. She outlined the process to be used for the meeting and called upon Mary Bunting, City Manager, who gave a brief presentation on the FY-11 budget.

The Mayor then called upon Fred Brewer, Chairman of the School Board, who gave a brief presentation on the School System's budget.
