Councilman Kearney shared a concern expressed by a citizen who had a problem with a raccoon that Animal Control was not able to assist with. They used to be able to assist citizens with trapping similar animals and then would relocate them and they no longer do so. He requested a briefing on the policy.

Councilwoman Leary shared that she met with Col. Reyes on February 2nd and he has agreed to a town hall meeting on February 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the Phoebus Auction Gallery.

She also reported that she attended the waterways management meeting last night and sees a need for documents to be dated and she shared the concern with James Gray, Assistant City Manager.

Mayor Ward indicated two vacancies are forthcoming on the Industrial Development Authority and appointed Vice Mayor Wallace and Councilman Kearney to work on the interview process.
