Call to Order
  The meeting was called to order at 1:02 p.m. All members of Council were present.

ACTION: Presented information on the security of the Circuit Court. This information was provided by James Stewart of Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects. Karl Daughtrey, Finance Director, also provided information.

ACTION: Presented by Mary Bunting, City Manager, and Mayor Ward.
Regional Issues
New Business
  Councilman Moffett and Ms. Bunting gave a brief presentation on his recent trip to Berlin, Germany with the City Manager to present at the Reinhard Mohn Prize 2011 Symposium. Hampton was ranked fourth in the competition and was the highest-ranking United States city. The cost of the trip was paid by the host and was at no taxpayer expense.
