Call to Order
Mayor Wallace convened the meeting at 12:02. All members of City Council were present at roll call.
Presentation on the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2014.
Presented by Karl Daughtrey, Finance Director, who acknowledged the members of his staff, and also by Krista Edoff, CPA, of Cherry Bekaert, LLP.
Briefing on the Hampton Preliminary Flood Map 7/31/14
Deferred (1/14/2015) - This item is being deferred as FEMA will be visiting the area in January to host community meetings. The city will be sending save-the-date cards for Tuesday, January 13, 2015, for 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. for citizens to visit with FEMA officials. This briefing will be on the Council's agenda for January 14, 2015.

Resolution Certifying Closed Session
Adopted Following the certification of closed session, Katherine Glass, the Clerk of Council, briefly updated Council on the status of the boards and commissions software. Council also briefly discussed how to end the evening session and a holiday video done by Mellen Street Graphics will be shared. The meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
