Call to Order / Roll Call
  Mayor Ward made some opening remarks concerning the recent tragedy in Tucson and asked everyone to remember to remain respectful of others' opinions. She also relayed that it is anticipated that action will be deferred on the proposed Council Policy Manual during the evening session.
Public Comment
  Jack Pendleton, Linda Counts, John Krulis, Rudy Langford, Sandra Canepa, Joan Charles, Edwin Boone, James Quigley, Sanford Pankin, and Cecile Trevathan spoke in opposition to the proposed Council Policy Manual.

Lisa Chandler spoke about a custody issue she is having concerning the Community Services Board and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

David Brunbeck thanked those who assisted him with his issues with Handi-Ride and shared that sidewalk issues remain in areas of Hampton which he will photograph and share with the City Manager and Council.

Eddie Deerfield spoke about the issues involving the citizens to be displaced from a trailer park in Buckroe.

Hugh Bassette thanked members of city staff for their work on curb and gutter on
Quash Street which has now started. He was critical of the action being taken in Buckroe on the trailer park.

Frank Ottofaro spoke about the taking of his property on Pine Chapel Road.

Dennis W. Nicely spoke about his problem with the Procurement Office and the appeals process and requested an investigation.

Kenneth Wright spoke in opposition to Conditional Privilege Application #115 which is on the evening agenda for a public hearing.
