New Business
  Councilwoman Leary requested that the City Manager review Item No. 06-0079 and provide a list of all appropriations for the last three years for the HRHA Hampton Business Incentives Corporation naming the recipient, a description of the incentive, the amount of awarded and back pay, if any.

  ACTION: Referred to the City Manager for review.
  The City Manager requested Council to proceed with the City's membership in the Military and Federal Facilities Alliance.

  ACTION: Moved to approve the City Manager's request to proceed with the City's membership in the Military and Federal Facilities Alliance at a cost of $14,440 for the remainder of this fiscal year. The cost for the next fiscal year would be $57,760.
