Public Comment
  Patti Briley and Hugh Bassette spoke with respect to the shooting involving William Cooper on Clifton Street. Rudy Langford invited Council to a celebration of William Cooper's life to take place on Friday, July 15th at Kecoughtan Road and Clifton Street.

Roscoe Redcross spoke about the Edustar Performing Arts Camp and their performances scheduled on July 27 and July 28. Andre McCloud echoed Mr. Redcross' comments and thanked Council for the rezoning action in 1996 that allowed this camp to begin. Frank J. Ottofaro spoke on the taking of his property on Pine Chapel Road.

Edwin M. Boone spoke in opposition to the Circuit Courthouse.
