  Mayor Ward called the meeting to order. All members of Council were present.

MAYOR'S COMMENTS
  Mayor Ward thanked Hugh Bassette for giving members of Council a copy of his book and also thanked Chauncey Brown for sharing some local history during the public comment period. She also shared that WHOV is running 30 second spots during February on Hampton's Hidden History.

Miscellaneous New Business
  Councilman Stuart asked for an update on the City logo process. Mary Bunting, City Manager, indicated that the logo review committee has not yet been convened but will be in the near future.
