ACTION: Approved - The Mayor added personnel issues including the Convention and Visitors Bureau, Hampton History Museum, Fire, Planning, Police and Economic Development and, as such, Section A.1 of the Code was included in the motion.

Council moved to tape the closed session except for personnel issues.

06-0249consult with legal counsel employed or retained by the City regarding specific legal matters pertaining to Fort Monroe requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
