  All members of Council were present at roll call.
Public Comment
  John Krulis spoke about the upcoming Council election in May and the need for a change of course.

Edwin Boone requested information on where the money came from to purchase Harbor Square. With respect to the grants and loans program discussed at a recent City Council meeting, he asked where the money came from, who is getting it and how it is to be used. He also spoke on the Purchasing and Procurement Oversight Committee.

David Dietrich recited from the Declaration of Independence and spoke on the role and purpose of government. He also spoke on the National Defense Authorization Act.

Frank J. Ottofaro spoke on the taking of his property at 11 Pine Chapel Road for the Power Plant.

Lawrence Dunn spoke as a resident of Phillips Lakes about the Fox Hill Road widening project and failure of some impacted parties to receive notice of the public information meeting.
