Call to Order / Roll Call
  The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m. with all members of Council present.
Public Comment
  Ernest Sanchez spoke about flooding and development issues in Riverdale and on community engagement.

Pauline Wallace-Keaton spoke on problems with Fox Hill Mutual Homes.

Wanda Rios spoke on behalf of the Lincoln Park Residents Council in connection with the Lincoln Park demolition.

Eddie Deerfield spoke in opposition to various projects which have been discussed by the City Council to include an aquatics center, sailing center at Ft. Monroe and nature trail.

Bob Viale spoke in opposition to the rental inspection ordinance.

David Dietrich spoke on school board policy.

Frank Ottofaro, Jr. spoke on the Ottofaro case.

Hugh Bassette congratulated the newly elected and re-elected members of City Council. He expressed concern about the youth violence and Hampton's poverty rate. He spoke in favor of Mayor Wallace's idea to add one cent to the tax rate to be specifically used for youth employment. He is opposed to closing the Old Hampton Community Center's pool.

Faith Linton of Fox Hill Mutual Homes (CCDC) spoke on their efforts to improve the property.
